All WinterSun "Custom Made" clothing is made to order from our artisan workshop in Ecuador. After it is dyed, painted, and sewn, it will be shipped through our customs handler in Miami and sent directly to you. Expect delivery approximately 4 weeks after your order date.
All WinterSun “Quick Ship Outlet” clothing is shipped directly from our warehouse in Virginia and should arrive to your door within one week.
We hope you are thrilled with your new WinterSun garment, however we realize that sometimes things just don’t work out as planned. If you would like to return your purchase, we are happy to offer you a full refund, or credit towards an exchange, within 14 days of the package delivery date. To be eligible your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all of it’s original tags included.
How to Ship Your Return
To return your product, you should first contact WinterSun Sales at email@example.com for a Return Authorization number (RA#).
Please include the RA# inside of your package and return your product to us using whatever delivery service you choose (we recommend US Postal Service).

NOTE: You will be responsible the shipping costs incurred in returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
